Welcome to Baby Memoir. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baby Memoir mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Baby Memoir ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Baby Memoir App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Baby Memoir is a mobile application that allows parents and caregivers to capture, organize, and preserve memories and milestones of their child's early life. The App may include features such as event tracking, photo storage, memoir book creation, and subscription-based premium features.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
Baby Memoir offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
You retain ownership of all content (photos, text, and other materials) you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings under Account Settings. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's app store settings before deleting your account.

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Baby Memoir and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Memoir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App or its users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baby Memoir operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
